Thai food seems to be on everyone's radar these days, and for good reason. When the heat of summer or the chill of winter strikes Thai food seems to be our "new" comfort food. There is nothing that helps you take the heat off a summers day like Som Tam or the chill of a winters night like some warm chicken curry. With no additives and using all organic products (when available) Thai food is some of the healthiest food available today.

Of course, these courses can be modified to include/exclude any types of fish or dishes you might like to learn how to make. If there is a change, a change fee will be charged. This is to cover changing the recipe handouts and to cover the additional cost of product.

Class length varies with class size and how much fun we are having. Generally these classes take 2 to 3 hours.
