Everyone loves sushi! Well, at least in California. Sushi has taken on an almost god-like persona here and it is as common as chowder in New England and grits in the south. Maki, temaki, nigiri, chirasi and sashimi are all terms that can fall under the "sushi" moniker. Why go and spend up to 100 dollars on sushi when you can have a sushi rolling party in your own house! Bamboo rolling mats and custom recipe handouts are also included.

Of course, these courses can be modified to include/exclude any types of fish or sushi you might like to learn how to make. If there is a change, a change fee will be charged. This is to cover changing the recipe handouts and to cover the additional cost of product.

All sushi classes come with miso soup & an individual bamboo sushi mat for all students.

Class length varies with class size and how much fun we are having. Generally these classes take 2 to 3 hours.
