Mustard aioli os one condiment that I hold dear to my heart. This versitile spread works on everything from crab cakes and crostini to marinated artichokes and lamb.

A bit spicy and with hints of lemon, this aioli is sure to become one of your favorites too!

Mustard aioli

Printable version of this Crab cake recipe (word doc)

Yield - 1.5 cups

1 cup mayonnaise

½ c grainy or spicy mustard

Juice from ½ lemon

Salt and white pepper to taste.


Intructions:

  1. Mix all and rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Recheck seasonings and serve.
