Yes...there is a video. I, with the help of Gustaf and Eric I submitted this video to the Food Network for a show, only to find out later that it was the wrong format. Oh well, so goes the game I suppose. So with all of that work done and now just sitting around I thought you all might just like to see it.
So just sit back, relax with a glass of wine and enjoy all the excitement and thrills of watching me cook ;).
BTW, the dish is a diver scallop brulee with spinach sunomono, which (if I can say) was pretty damn tasty!
