The Dump Bin | wong it!

What the hey???

So between the restaurant being 4 or so weeks away from opening, my main server needing it’s operating system updated, building a server for the hotel (tomorrow) and teaching a sushi class I have found the time to post a meaningless post. That’s right…meaningless! No recipes, no restaurant updates, no cooking class banter….nada so now just go about your business and move along…unless you like a good mystery.

(yea I have watched Star Wars lately, how’d ya guess?)

So what is exactly that a photo of? That is a great question and the mystery I spoke of on the index page. What the heck is it??? I know and you might…so drop me a note and take a guess.

Since I am teaching a sushi class tomorrow, I will be posting a recipe and a throughout  photographic account (if I can find the photo’s) of the making of a sushi roll. I’ll have to see how I feel after class, so stay tuned.
