Well I never saw it coming but a few days back (the 7th I think) this blog turned 2! Seems like yesterday that I was on the island of Kauai, hanging out at the Southpark house (thanks Lydia!), setting up WordPress n tweaking code.
From that first, or second post on Saimin I find myself here thinking about what has transpired in 2 years, and what the next year or 2 have in store. I am looking forward to posting more recipes, more ramblings n more blahblahblah in the coming 365 days, just hope you’ll all enjoy it as much as I do creating it…happy fat tuesday!
