Scallops – New Menu Items at the Glass Door

OK…So I should apologize for not writing for the last couple of weeks (on a food related topic). The restaurant as been busy and I have been trying to get ready for the upcoming menu change next month, which means the the specials are rolling out of the kitchen!
Last weekend we did a very successful petite rack of lamb special, which of course I did not photograph. This weeks special is a tasty and healthy hand shucked diver scallop dish…or should I say delish!
These moist and tender diver scallops are served over a warm soba noodle salad and tossed with a ginger soy vin…plus a few “secret” ingredients that makes this a wonderful light entree or a great small plate to share.
So if your around, stop on by and let me know what you think of this possible new menu item. Later on in the coming week I will post a list of the new menu items and would love to hear your comments and suggestions on our spring fling…finally, summer is just around the corner!
